Liked: Staff: Incredibly professional and always helpful with any questions we had. Cleanliness: The room, bathroom, and pool area were all immaculate and perfectly maintained. Convenience: Great location with bus stops just a minute away and hassle-free, free street parking.

Liked: The hostel feels like a home, it is a relaxing space surrounded by a beautiful garden. Easy to get too and from the town center of setubal, it does take a bit longer to get to the beaches by public transport but is worth it.
Liked: The staff was very kind and welcoming.
Disliked: The pool was nice, but was not very clean.

Disliked: Partner advised me that bed linen was only changed on a 3 stay reservation as it was stated on Booking. I reviewed the whole property details and it was never stated as I was told. After my first bad feedback the partner called me the next morning but I never answered his phone call.
