Fabulous
Liked: Everything was spotless.. fantastic
Mostly good. Some small issues (see above)
Disliked: Mould and dampness Toilet seat unhinged Door handle to bedroom noisy to use Bedroom with no outside window
Good for a vacation, not great for working
Liked: It was centrally located, safe and quiet. The place was really well equipped. It was set out over two levels which was nice for noise etc.
Disliked: Not good for anyone with accessibility issues. As entrance is on the ground floor and there are 2 flights of stairs to each of the other 2 floors. No central heating so was freezing when we arrived. One of the 2 oil heaters was faulty but replaced within a day. The office was on the second floor with no Ethernet connection and the internet modem was on the first floor, this meant the connection up there was not stable enough to work. We ended up moving the desk to the living room to be able to work. Which defeated the object of having the separate space for us. The other problem was that for 4 of the 5 nights we were there the power went out multiple times, there was initially some communication about getting an electrician and then radio silence. We work PST hours so this was a huge inconvenience and something to consider if you are planning on working whilst there.
Liked: Great, central location but quiet. Close to cafes, shops, restaurants and market Twenty minute walk to town beach.

Disliked: Quite a sewerage smell in stairwell however doesn’t reach the rooms. More linen and towels would have been helpful.

Disliked: Smell in the stairwell but is ok not in the main areas
