Modern comfortable studio apartment in central Setubal
Liked: Very good location, along the main road with lots of shops and the pedestrian shopping area right behind, with lots of little restaurants and coffee places. Windows were very well insulated so no street noise. Facilities were fine and modern.
Disliked: Nothing. We were on the 2nd floor, which had some steep stairs. At afternoon check-in time, parking can be difficult as it is such a central location, but there is ample public parking in the area.
Lovely apartment in the old town. Close to everything. It’s our second visit to the apartments and for us it offers ever
Liked: Centrally located, clean, comfortable and well equipped modern apartment
Disliked: We were on the top floor. Lovely apartment in the tree line, but the steps were a bit of a killer with luggage. Also as it was so central and close to lovely bars and restaurants in the historic centre there was a little noise at night. It didn’t go on until much after midnight and didn’t really bother us.
If I come back to Setubal, definitely I’ll come back to the studio

Cosy and clean but need some improvements
Liked: The location is great, all is within walking distance. Free parking not far from the apartment and communication and check-in was easy They solved the issue with the duvet the next day.
Disliked: The apartment is quite cold and the duvet on the bed was a summer one so I had a bad night rest as I didn't want to sleep with the sounds of the air conditioning. Shutters don't shut completely so some light comes in. You shower with the head in your hand and the cabine leaks water
Liked: Location, cleanliness, nice kitchen, host was attentive
Disliked: Stairs, weak water pressure, pillows too thin.
