Fabulous
I would have rather stayed in a hotel
Liked: Check in was rough. Person greeting us didn't have proper keys and I wound up being locked out of my room at midnight and had to make over five calls to get instructions on how to enter the unit. The employee had apparently given me a wrong set of keys.
Disliked: The air conditioner didn't work and shorted out regularly. The shower leaked at the bottom seam where the glass meets tile and I almost tripped in a giant puddle of water. The room had no trashcan-- where was I supposed to throw things away?
Pretty adequate, met my expectations for the price, just be aware of the noisy area
Liked: Good location, nice space and very comfortable
Disliked: The drain for the shower is quite slow, the location is great but noise filters in really easily so its quite loud, and there should be more amenities like toilet paper since we almost ran out since only one roll was provided.
Big clean apartment but unfortunately a terrible experience

Disliked: I stayes with no hot water for 2 days!!! Then they asked ME!!!!!!!!! to meet the plumber!!!! in my free time When I met plumber the cleaning lady was there and had to unlock the door to the heating room,so why was I there???? Also building next to a very loud construction site and the blasting xmas music from 8-2200 was annoying.Somethings cannot be controled but hot water?? It took the plumber 2 seconds to fix!!! Sorry but I should get a partial refund!!!!Not acceptable at all.

Wouldn't stay again
Liked: The location was convenient and close to everything I needed
Disliked: By arrival we found the bedroom to be dirty, as if the floor hadn't been cleaned. By the next day we didn't have any hot water and its been a recurring problem since my first stay a couple years ago. There was no spare bedding considering we would be staying for 10 days, no spare towels either. The sofa is stained and there is strange marks/stains on the walls. The windows don't close properly so there is constant noise coming from the outside plus the mosquitos as well. Smell of sewage in all of the rooms, either with doors/windows opened or closed, it was there. There was no mention of the ongoing construction next door which lasted through the whole of our stay, making this overall experience very poor.
Liked: The location was very central and the rooms were airy and nicely decorated. The apartment was also very clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The building next door was under major renovation work and during the day the noise was extremely loud with the sound of machinery. The host has no control over this but we were not warned about this prior to our stay. Had we known we would not have booked this accommodation. The mechanism to open the window facing the street had been dismantled and left in pieces on the windowsill. During our stay we were unable to open the window and air the room. Condensation appeared on the window panes every morning. We notified the hosts on the first day but it was not repaired. As part of the service we were informed that minor cleaning and a change of towels, as well as refuse removal, was offered. We were told that only a change of towels was available. The above issues were communicated to the host but all we received were apologies. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but there was no way to fill the sink to wash up and the supply of hot water in this room was intermittent. During our stay there was heavy rain. A pool of water appeared next to the toilet and the following day another pool appeared in front of the refrigerator. The apartment is in a lovely building on the most beautiful street in the city. Sadly our stay was marred by things that could so easily be resolved.
