Fabulous
A good apartment for those searching for a 100% local experience
Liked: Property is beautiful inside, very modern and spacious, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's an extra room downstairs by the pool, which gives the place more capacity
Disliked: One of the reasons to select an apartment over a hotel is to have extra space and comfort. However, the sofa in the living room is rather uncomfortable so it defeated this purpose. We booked this apartment in December, hence didn't get to enjoy the courtyard and swimming pool. The apartment is in a local, modest neighbourhood, thus finding parking was at times complicated.
Lovely apartment with great facilities
Liked: The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the facilities we wanted. The location is great. It is a quick walk into Palma.
Disliked: It rained while we were there and this coated the garden and pool with orange sand. It would have been great if these could have been cleaned during our stay because we could nt use them. We cleaned the patio ourselves. There is no parking at the apartment it would be great if you could provide some information about nearby options.
Our stay at Can Montis was fantastic! Great layout, quality, size & complimentary extras
Liked: Located 5-30mins journey from most city spots, Can Montis was an excellent property for us. We all agreed that we would be happy to live in a home like this. We slept, chatted, danced, swam & sang to music - so many memories were made!
Disliked: A bit more personal touch from the management company would have made our 10/10 stay 11/10.
