  Perfect

  Liked: This is an excellent value for the price, if you don't mind sharing a bathroom with another room. Denise, the host, is very responsive, helpful and thoughtful of the guests' comfort. I stayed four nights with a peace of mind.

  This is a shared appartment! not just "shared bathroom". If you're ok with this, it's a nice place

  Liked: Two double rooms in one apartment, NOTE that these are rented out seperately. It's a shared apartment not just shared bathroom. We rented here thinking we'd be alone only to find out we were sharing the apartment. If you know this and are ok with it, it is a very nice place to stay. Overall very nice appartment in a quiet area only a short busride away from the town centre.

  Disliked: This is a shared apartment. The listing states clearly "shared bathroom". There is pictures of two bedrooms but we figured it was a good price so we rented the whole apartment. Little did we know, that the two rooms in the apartment are rented out seperately at the same time, so we stumbled upon other guest living in the same apartment which we thought we'd have to ourselves. They other guests were very nice but we were expecting something different so it was a bit of a let down. When we tried to cancel the host insisted we should've been able to figure out by evidence of the pictures that the whole space was shared and wouldn't refund the stay if we'd cancelled. We thought this was very unflexible. We even went back to check the listing in case we'd missed something, but we still felt the same.

  Liked: I had a really pleasant stay at Artroom. The house is charming, well equipped, and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It’s perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and the city center. The host, Denise, is very kind and attentive. Thanks a lot for your hospitality! I would definitely visit again.

  Liked: This is a hidden gem in Bern, very nice location and a beautiful house. The room is great and spacious, and it offers a large living room (with small balcony even; and with an excellent choice of books in the library) and a shared kitchen. I really liked the location, quiet and green yet not far to the river and the old town. A place to come back to.

  Peaceful, clean, spacious

  Liked: Super clean and neat and homey. Have a kitchen and a couch and a patio and a garden. Amazing facilities.

  Disliked: Not having a private bathroom, but there was only 1 other person so it felt like i had the whole place for myself

  Lovely stay, made even more lovely if we can leverage the cool air without bugs

  Liked: Incredibly beautiful property, location and neighborhood. The collection of art brings the place to life.

  Disliked: We wished we could have left the windows open given the heat without letting bugs in. screens perhaps. Similarly the sheets were quite thick for the weather.
