  Very disappointing stay

  Liked: Comfortable bed. Location

Disliked: lack of reception (also no assistance with luggage on top floor - lift only goes to 4th floor), curtains in room did not fit windows, hence no blackout, size of room was small, noise from lifts and heating system, bar area rarely open, lack of value for money

  Liked: Location location location

Disliked: This wasn't that we did not like it but if bedside light was bit brighter this would be great.

Nice hotel but information on out of hours entry not received in email

Liked: Nice and clean and near the station. The receptionist was lovely.

Disliked: We didn't receive the door code for out of hours entry and on phoning the hotel the recorded message was only in swiss so unfortunately we didn't know what was being said. Made us a bit panicky when we got there. The restaurant owner next door was trying to be helpful but he also couldn't see the code on the paperwork we had been given. Luckily other guests arrived and once inside we got the information that had been left for us and the phone was answered and we were then spoken to in English which was good.
