Perfect Blend of Comfort and Convenience in Bern

Liked: Our stay at the apartment was nothing short of fantastic. Situated in a charming area just outside the bustling city center, it offered a perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. A quick walk over the bridge brought us to all the vibrant activities, and the bus stop right outside the door made exploring effortless. The apartment itself was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, comfortably accommodating our group of 8. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, ensuring a seamless stay. The highlight for us was the rooftop patio—a delightful spot for evening cocktails and morning coffees alike, with stunning views. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, promptly addressing any requests we had. Their hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Without a doubt, I look forward to returning here on future visits.

Disliked: There is nothing about this apartment that I didn't like. It was perfection.

REALLY BAD VACATION! DON’T STAY IN THIS APARTMENT!

Disliked: NOT WORTH IT TO STAY! THE HOST / OWNER IS NOT FRIENDLY! THEY DIDN’T TOLD ABOUT THE APARTMENT CONDITION PROPERLY FROM THE FIRST TIME! AND ALSO THEY DIDN’T SHARED ABOUT HOW TO GET THE KEY TO GET IN TO THE APARTMENT! THEY JUST SENT THAT AFTER WE ARRIVED AT THE APARTMENT, AFTER WE COMPLAIN THEY BLAMED THE CUSTOMERS “WHY DIDN’T ASKED?”. IT’S YOUR JOB, NOT YOUR CUSTOMER’S! THEY DIDN’T GAVE US HOW TO HANDLE THE PROBLEMS, THEY JUST SAID SOMETHING NONSENSICAL THINGS TO COVER UP THEIR MISTAKES! GOOD JOB! THE APARTEMEN ON THE 4TH FLOOR WITHOUT ELEVATOR! (BUT THEY DIDN’T PUT IT ON THE DESCRIPTION) AND CREEPY! REALLY NOT WORT IT TO STAY.
