  Very modern and comfortable place

  Liked: The rooms are new, modern, and very comfortable. It’s very convenient the self check in. It’s not in the city center but very well connected.

  Disliked: The room lights, and ventilations can be a bit complicated to use. I felt the ventilation a little bit noisy to sleep.

  High tech with friendly staff

  Liked: The host is friendly and replies promptly. Clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. Convenient location, it takes around 15 minutes to get to the the city centre by bus.

  Disliked: An unpleasant and strange odour is coming from the bathroom ventilation. There is no air conditioning. We booked 2 rooms, • one came with a portable AC unit, but the other one did not. The technology inside the property requires better user guides. We stayed for 4 nights. One night, it took us more than 30 minutes just to turn off the ceiling light

  A disappointing experience with several serious issues that need improvement

  Liked: The room was relatively spacious.

  Disliked: 1. There was no parking available at the hotel, despite parking being advertised when I made the reservation. 2. The lowest floor, which was supposed to be the hotel's parking area, has been converted into a factory, leaving only around 10 parking spaces for the entire hotel. 3.The room door had a keypad lock, but the battery died during our stay. We were locked out for over 90 minutes until a hotel employee arrived to replace it. 4. There was no reception desk or staff available on-site. Communication was via WhatsApp, and responses often took a long time. 5. The bathroom door was made of glass with gaps, offering virtually no privacy. 6. The water pressure in the shower was extremely poor, especially for hot water. 7. The wooden floor seemed to produce an unpleasant smell when exposed to water or moisture.

  Convenient place recommended for stays longer than 1 night

  Liked: Very convenient place, easy self check-in and everything was clean and described as in the ad. It was easy enough to get in touch for support since I had missed the email with check-in instructions.

  Disliked: The apartment wasn't properly finished, it seemed like furniture had been collected from other places and put together here... which caused a problem for the plugs. I couldn't use the AC since the Swiss plug was too far from the only window I could open... no proper lighting in the bathroom...

  Perfect place

  Liked: Spacious, very modern, clean and functional apartment. Well- equipped with everithing you need, parking space right down. I recommend it
