  Liked: Clean rooms excellent staff

  Disliked: The pills were too thin, and the bathroom is actually part of the room separated by a thin partition which may cause problems, but I did not face any

  Liked: Really appreciated the free tram access! So incredibly helpful. The hotel was in an excellent location for getting around the city! We also had a nice view!

  Good value for money and good location

  Liked: We stayed for 2 nights, the room was sufficient for a family of 3 persons, clean and neat. We haven't missed anything. Also, we enjoyed the sauna (although some strange sounds were heard during the heating of the sauna). The breakfast was good and at reasonable price.

  Disliked: The water in the indoor swimming pool is cold so be prepared. The underground parking was a little difficult to use, but there are outside parking places also.

  Okay stay, but room needs improvement

  Liked: The location was alright, and parking was easy with spaces available both in front of the hotel and in the garage.

  Disliked: The breakfast selection was extremely limited, especially compared with what I would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. We stayed in a family room, and one of the biggest issues was the lighting in the main connecting hallway. The light could not be completely switched off, which was very inconvenient when travelling with small children. We also couldn’t simply close both bedroom doors at night, as we needed to be able to hear the children if they woke up or needed us. In the end, my husband and I had to split up, with each of us sleeping in a separate room with one child. The room itself also felt quite outdated and could definitely use some renovation. Most disappointing was finding what appeared to be dried mucus on the wall, which was quite disgusting and made us question the cleanliness of the room.

  Great rooms, location and staff, just plan on parking elsewhere if you have a large vehicle

  Liked: Great location and wonderful staff. The family room was perfect for our group of four, providing privacy and comfort. The restaurant was delicious, too

  Disliked: The parking garage is very tight- the smallest I’ve experienced in Europe so far. My SUV ended up scraped, despite my two years of experience driving the tight spaces around Europe.
