A friendly, comfortable hotel with helpful staff
Liked: The staff were most helpful to me as I broke my arm during my stay in Bern. They were kind and supportive to me as I navigated my situation.
Disliked: The shower was accessible but the soap containers required two hands. Alternative small soaps would have assisted.
