  Handy location, spacious apartment

  Liked: Great location across from the train station at the edge of the beautiful old town. Noisy with the windows open but quiet once closed. Spacious apartment and the elevator was very handy as its on the 5th floor. Comfortable bed. It was great having access to a washing machine and dryer (even though they were in the basement and shared).

  Disliked: The lighting in the kitchen was terrible, I had to use the torch on my phone to see the dials for the oven & stove. There was not a lot of basics (no oil, pepper, no black tea (only some green). The lounge wasn't very functional, there are 2 lounge chairs but only 1 faced the tv, so for 2 people you had to move around the furniture to watch the tv, and they were a long way from the coffee table. a small couch may have been better. The security bothered us, I know Switzerland is generally safe, but we felt very uncomfortable with the door code not being changed between guests (It was in the compendium so had obviously been the same for some time), and there was no way to lock the door from the inside.

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Top-floor apartment in Bern! It's fully equipped with everything you might need and super close to the main railway station which is very convenient. We had full access to the property from 6:30 AM, which was a big plus, very warm welcome by the staff downstairs and the contact with the owner was friendly and clear. Everything was as in the description. The two amazing saunas were perfect for relaxing, and the two swimming pools made the experience even more enjoyable. A truly lovely and memorable stay, highly recommended!

  Liked: This is an amazing place to stay in bern. Great location, great amenities. Stay here you won't regret it. The kitchen is equipped suffiently. We made fondue 2x and did not have a problem cooking that or breakfast every morning.

  Disliked: There is nothing not to like.

  Liked: A really nice top floor apartment in an office building. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to access the pool and sauna. It is best to plan to use the pool in the evening when the building is quieter. The location was very central and also quite near one of the main train station exits. The kitchen was very well equipped and stocked with some cooking basics. This was the nicest place we stayed on our whole trip.
