Very Clean Apartment with wonderful Hosts!

Liked: The self check-in process was very easy and took little time. The key code is sent to email and the box is at the door. I was provided a wonderful link to instructions for any questions that arise. Perfect!

Disliked: This is two part. Negative-A van was parked in our parking spot when we arrived and huge piles of garbage all over the ground next to it. Positive-Contacted owners who quickly responded and resolved the parking. They apologized for the trash was illegally dumped and they were coming to take care of it.

  stay was good

Liked: nice quiet environment with easy access to transportation

Disliked: There could have been complimentary water. The online payment before arrival was a problem for us since we needed our visas to come to bern but we had to pay a non-refundable fee even though the visas were not ready. the check in and check out times needs to be looked at
