Liked: Everything was actually even better than in the photos, so overall I was very happy with the stay and I’m giving it the highest rating.

Disliked: The only downside was the small terrace door in the bedroom, which lets in quite a lot of noise. Of course, sounds like helicopters or ambulances are impossible to block completely, but in this case it seemed more like the door seals are worn out and no longer provide any noise insulation. Because of that, I would either remove the “soundproof” description of the room or consider repairing the door, even if it’s just by replacing or adding an extra sealing strip. It should make a huge difference. Hopefully this can be improved, as otherwise the apartment was excellent.

Nice quiet room with coffeemachine and fridge, roomy bathroom. 10 min walk to town

Liked: quiet nice room with coffee machine and a little place to sit outside

Disliked: The room is next to a hospital. If you are a fan of low flying helicopters, this is your place:-). After 23:00h it was quiet.

Nice enough and had what we expected. Not sure if value for money as first night stay in Bern and only one night stay

Liked: It was quiet and a little far from the main city but a flat walk. Had what we expected. No frills.

Disliked: I found the bed rolled into the middle and I would have preferred black tea as an option rather than herbal.

  Easy and relaxed

Liked: Well-positioned for the price; access to the station and the Old Town was fairly easy. Bedroom was very cosy, and stayed cool with the fan and the windows open, even on a very hot night.

Disliked: The noise from the hospital - it could keep you awake a little bit. But I know that's not something that's easily changed, since that's a locational thing.
