Exceptional
I can't wait to return!
Liked: Every aspect of the hotel was excellent! I would stay here again and again! Room, service, food were exceptional. The view of the Matterhorn from our balcony was amazing and unforgettable.
Well and truly pleasant
Liked: The staff is greatly helpful during the stay - they decorated the room for my secret proposal trip which's greatly appreciated, breakfast was amazing as well. Hotel facilities are great - we really enjoyed the spa and sauna. We will 100% come back.

Great location, comfortable environment
Liked: It was best possible location. Great view from the balcony, close to the highest gondola to the glassier. Great spa, new facility, comfortable furniture, plenty storage for personal belongings.
Perfect hotel for walking in the Alps
Liked: Great location. Very comfortable room. The spa and jacuzzi on the terrace was great. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety.
