  Good hotel with a lovely spa!

  Relaxing stay for the whole family - especially with the spa included

  Liked: Nice, accommodating and very friendly staff. Matterhorn view from the room and near the hotel. Clean environment, satisfying breakfast and good housekeeping. Close to the main street/restaurants/train station. Excellent shuttle service. Thank you to the excellent staff in reception - Sally, Sophie & Eunice.

  Disliked: Construction work was going on creating noise and little expensive provided experiencing such noise.

  The most enjoyable stay, super location in beautiful Zermattt

  Liked: The hotel staff were super helpful and nice. They could not have been more accommodating and left the most beautiful pink hats on our bed to welcome us to their hotel. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the spa area. I’d highly recommend.
