Exceptional
Friendly hotel and comfortable room with a view of the Matterhorn
Liked: Our room was very nice and it did, in fact, have a view of the Matterhorn. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and we really apprreciated that the hotel arranged for free taxi service to/from the train station when we arrived and departed with our heavy bags. We were sorry not to have a chance to try the sauna. The location is bit of a walk uphill from the center of town, which had both good points and bad.

Liked: Outstanding stay! Beyond the beautiful view of the Matterhorn, the space was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the included taxi ride upon arrival and departure, the friendly staff and the included breakfast to start off our days!
Disliked: It wasn't a big deal but the walk uphill from town was a little tiring. That said, it was more important for us to be away from the heart of the town and enjoy peace and quiet.

Please call the hotel as soon as you are in the train/taxi from Täsch to Zermatt, so that the hotel can organize the transportation to the hotel.
