I liked the staying in this hotel!

Lovely hotel, made better by the staff
Liked: Amazing room, just like the pictures. Great views of the Matterhorn. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: Our dog was welcomed nicely, though I think 20 CHF is a very high surcharge to bring him. 10 CHF is the most we’ve paid extra for him in similar locations.
