Exceptional
Easy to book, comfortable stay in a great location
Liked: Great location. 6/7 minute walk from the station and central for Zermatt, but very quiet as well.
Liked: We had a wonderful stay here. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the staff was prompt and friendly throughout our visit. We especially appreciated being able to arrange transportation to and from the main train station, which made our arrival and departure completely stress-free. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Disliked: The only minor drawbacks were that we found the beds a bit too firm for our liking, and our particular unit didn’t have much of a view. That said, neither of these took away from an otherwise great experience.
Liked: The appartment is clean, cozy, spacious, with beautiful view point, we can see the matterhorn from our balcony.
Disliked: here was no shampoo in our room. When I asked, the staff said they had ensured it was provided in the bathroom, but in fact there was none at all. Fortunately, since we’re a group of families staying in multiple rooms on different floors, we were able to borrow some shampoo from another room to manage.
Liked: We loved the location, the friendliness of the staff, the ease of check in, the extreme cleanliness, the house and kitchen were stocked well, and the beds/ bedding were incredibly comfortable.
