Exceptional
Liked: Our room had a view of the Matterhorn which was amazing first thing in the morning. The room was very clean. Some of the items like the bedding and soap were great quality.
Disliked: The features are a bit dated and the mattress is too soft for me.
Liked: The location was ideal and the facilities were very nice.
Disliked: While the staff was wonderful, there were a couple times when they were hard to locate.
Friendly and extraordinary staff and bakers ❤️

Liked: The location is excellent, and the breakfast is amazing, conveniently served at Hotel Rex. The bed was also very comfortable, which was a definite plus.
Disliked: The room felt quite uncomfortable overall. The ceiling height was very low, making the space feel cramped, and the small window didn’t provide enough ventilation. There was no air conditioning, which made the room really hot in summer time. Additionally, the shower was extremely small and not very practical to use.
