The best high Quality to Price premium hotel in Zermatt
Liked: Matterhornblick, tolle Aussicht
Liked: Great views of the Matterhorn, spacious room, good breakfast and proximity to Sunnega funicular by using the elevator which is located near the hotel. By using the passage and elevator in front of the hotel the walking distance to the village is 5min.Hotels transfer to and from the train station with their electric mini van
A great place to stay in the Zermatt area
Liked: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel looks great and the view as well.
Disliked: Maybe a little more warm choices for breakfast.
Liked: Great location with a great view of the Matterhorn.
Disliked: The lack of a true shower. Shower curtain clings to you when showering. Staff could have been a little friendlier.

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. A shuttle service from the parking area or from the train station can be provided upon request by the hotel between 8 am and 5 pm and against a surcharge.
In the mid-season (May/June and October) the elevator to the village center may have limited use.
There is currently a construction site with a crane in close proximity to our hotel. The work may temporarily affect the view from some rooms.
