Exceptional
Liked: The matterhorn view and the breakfast.
Disliked: Location far from Zermatt train station and have to take electric bus which quite expensive. We can't bring big luggage in bus so we have to use electric bus.

Liked: I stayed at Hotel Ambience on my birthday, and Stephanie was so amazing and informative,I requested a taxi 30 minutes before my arrival with no expectation if it will be arranged and was so happy that the driver greeted me at the train station. I checked in at around 4pm and Stephanie made sure I have all information I need, and prepared the sauna and whirlpool experience for me, their sauna is a great experience with its own bath, leisure area with coffee and tea. They also have a room with security pass if you leave your luggage after check out and wants to explore Zermatt for the day which is very conveniet with shower and locker options. Their breakfast is also great with many variants to choose from I love the soup and breads especially. Plus I got a room upgrade with balcony matterhorn view for 20CHF! I love how modern the room is and cozy at the same time,I'd definitely come back and I also ask recommendation for my birthday dinner from Stephanie and the restaurant she recommended turns out so lovely and she also happily share the restaurant's history and the best food to eat on the said restaurant. Thank you to Stephanie and the entire Hotel Ambience for making my stay and my birthday feel so special!!

Liked: The room was spacious and had a great view of the Matterhorn. Staff was very kind and helpful. Their breakfast had a great selection of food. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after hiking.
