Liked: Amazing hotel, the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. A beautiful location and our room had amazing views of the mountains. The room was extremely clean and well kept. One of our favorite stays in Europe.

Liked: Esther at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating! Loved the look of the hotel inside and out. Great location and enjoyed the view of the Matterhorn from the hotel. Breakfast was great!

Liked: The breakfast, the restaurant, the staff's service—everything was fantastic.The soup at the restaurant was especially delicious.

Disliked: The pillows were almost flat and room space is really tight.
