Fabulous
Liked: Great location. Room 302 has an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the Balcony and traditional chalet styling. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind

Disliked: Breakfast was ok but not wonderful. Very little selection.
Great view of the Matthorn from our room
Liked: The room was spacious and beautifully designed. We had a huge balcony with a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. Breakfast and the staff were great.
Disliked: The room safes were not very useful for electronics - laptops, iPads etc
Liked: Everything was amazing, we thought it is even better than the pictures. Breakfast has good variety. Rooms are big and well equipped. There is also an elevator to help get your luggage to your room upstairs.
Disliked: The mattresses were very very soft for our preference, but still they were very comfortable.
Liked: Loved the location. Was comfortable and staff lovely
