  Liked: Location, spa and room size & room facilities

  Disliked: Pillows were very uncomfortable. Blood stain on bedsheet. Breakfast was not great.

  A very good hotel for the money in Zermatt

  Liked: Room is clean and well equipped. Breakfast is great, lots of choices and staff help to make coffee the way you like it.

  Disliked: A little far from the train station on a rainy day; didn't realise you could pre-arrange a shuttle for a transfer.
