Exceptional
Great location, No AC and parking a large vehicle a huge negative
Liked: The beds were comfortable
Disliked: No AC and parking was horrible for a larger vehicle. My van was damaged so that was a big negative
Super choice for stay in Zermatt!
Liked: The rooms are superbly designed, very clean and comfortable, spacious. The staff is great, especially the breakfast women. The location is great, relatively quiet, short walk into main streets. The hotel is luxurious

It’s like being in a Walt Disney film! ( Third Man on the Mountain is my favorite!)
Liked: Breakfast is always great. We love to start the day there. We look forward to being greeted in the morning with a delicious cup of coffee. The rest of the breakfast offerings just keep getting better. The hotel is in a perfect location near the center of town and the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony is always spectacular. This was our second stay and we can’t wait to be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay with you.
Disliked: Once again we have to respond with: “Are you kidding…what’s not to like?!!!
