Exceptional
Fabulous location in a stunning village
Liked: Fabulous location, a short walk to the train station and easy access to everywhere in this stunning village. Our room had a balcony and views out to the Matterhorn and over the old town. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room had 2 toilets and the shower had good pressure. Lovely to have breakfast included.
Disliked: The beds (twins joined together) were too firm and the 1 pillow each provided far too soft. One soft and one firmer would offer better comfort. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Liked: Close to the station. A very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. To make the stay more convenient, breakfast was part of the deal

Lovely place to stay in Zermatt!
Liked: Room very comfortable and large. Great for a three night stay. Really good location with lovely view of the Matterhorn. Super clean. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
Disliked: Breakfast room at the bottom of building so few windows.
Nice. My 4th floor balcony had a clear view of the Matterhorn
Liked: Its location due to its nearness to the train station.
Disliked: No tea or coffee facilities for customers. No aircon, no fan made it a bit difficult. But overall a good hotel.
Liked: Great location, lovely rooms and ambience, and a plentiful and delicious breakfast
Disliked: A 2pm check in would be preferred
