Fabulous
Highly recommended!
Liked: We paid extra for a room with a view of the Matterhorn, and it was absolutely worth it! The staff was super friendly, and they even offered to heat our food for us, as the rooms do not have a kitchenette. They also have a shuttle service to the station to help with luggage, but we did not opt for it. Their breakfast spread was incredible and was very satisfying,
Liked: The fact that we were only staying there for a night.
Disliked: It was on a steep ramp so we had to climb and carry luggage to the reception area. The receptionist wasn't too good with hospitality and made sarcastic remarks when we arrived early to drop the bags off. The receptionist in the evening was kind and helpful but quite sick and kept blowing nose while checking us in. The room was ok but the bathroom wasn't great. The bath had chipped paint and only had a hand shower at a weird position that you can't take a normal shower. There were no toiletries in the bathroom so we had to bring our own. And one of the quilts on the bed had a purple red stain and had to be changed. The bed and pullout bed were very uncomfortable. We all woke up with a sore back or neck.
Clean, quiet, comfortable!
Liked: This cute hotel has really comfortable beds, a delicious buffet breakfast, and the front desk staff was super helpful and really friendly. The whole place is exceptionally clean and welcoming. Really enjoyed the view from our balcony!

Liked: It was a few minutes walk from the train station. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great.
