Wonderful stay with a great view of the Matterhorn and the city
Liked: Breakfast is great and the restaurant staff is very friendly. We were welcomed by Stephanie at the front desk who was very cheerful and friendly. She gave us helpful information during our stay and made us feel at home. And our view of the Matterhorn from our room is spectacular. The pool and the whirlpool are very nice and has a great view of the Matterhorn.
Disliked: The size of the room is a little tight but still comfortable.
Great hotel with fantastic staff
Liked: The location, only a few meters from the train station. Our room has a full view of the Matterhorn which is fantastic

Liked: There were good breakfast options, as a gluten free traveller I was disappointed to see there were no gluten-free granola options on the second day.
Disliked: There was demolition across the road, but this was outside the control of the hotel.
Liked: Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Well located. Pool and jacuzzi were great.
