Exceptional
Liked: It’s an old place and it 10-15 m walk from Train Station. With luggage it’s hard to walk to the hotel. You have to take a Electric taxi
Liked: it is around 5 mins walk from the station to the hotel, the location is kind of at the edge of town, so I stayed away from the noise of the city centre. there is a river next to it, so it is relaxing to hear the sound of the river at night. I stayed at the highest floor of the hotel with a balcony of a view of Matterhorn. however there is no elevator at this hotel, so it would be not that convenient for people with huge and heavy suitcase. I still think it is worth it as I could see Matterhorn when I wake up every morning during my stay.
Liked: Clean, modern, convenient, mountain views, included breakfast. Dinner available during winter months. No elevator for 4 floors. Excellent overall.

Liked: We chose to stay here because members of my family had stayed here 6 years earlier and loved it. We however did not have quite as amazing of an experience although still enjoyed our time and LOVED the view from our balcony. The woman checking us in did not seem very friendly nor welcoming and asked to charge us for the room again before I showed her my receipt proving we had already paid online. The rooms seemed better and more updated than the pictures reflected and all of the accommodations were clean and comfortable.
