  Liked: Staff absolutely amazing, can't thank them enough for their kind hospitality right from when we walked in. The location is amazing, and the room itself was clean, comfy and modern with everything you need and more. Nice touch was have English channels on the TV for us to watch. Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zermat.

  Excellent stay in a central location of Zermatt

  Liked: Enjoys an exceptionally central location. While the room is compact, the thoughtful interior design and functional layout make excellent use of the space.

  Disliked: While the breakfast was enjoyable, the selection could have been a bit more generous. Food items were restocked in insufficient quantities, making it difficult to keep up with guest demands

  Liked: It's a great little hotel. The staff was very friendly. My room was very comfortable. My room had a balcony with a lovely view. And the location of the property is very close to shopping and dining....

  Great stay

  Liked: The central location was great, staff very friendly. Rooms were really nice

  Liked: did not have breakfast, with great location

  Disliked: toilet was smelling and reception was not receptive with the problem, asked for another room, they did not do anything, only thing they said we cant do anything and we check the problem tomorrow morning, in the mean time i had to sleep with the bad smell, also found hairs in the bed which was not nice, it snot my first time at the hotel but it is the first time with these problems
