Fabulous
Liked: Very affordable, right in the heart of Zermatt
Disliked: Lots of stairs
Location was great and the place was clean
Liked: Lovely property super close to the middle of town, great location in a sense that our room had a view of the Matterhorn! Staff were so friendly and welcoming and the breaky was the best buffet breakfast I’ve had at a hotel ever!

nice place to stay
Liked: Breakfast was good and it was nice to have someone bring coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Room had a great view. Room was basic and clean. The bathroom light on the 3rd floor didn't seem to work. IT was pitch black in there if you needed to use the bathroom at night.
Disliked: I came with a friend and we were both in singles. It would have been nice to be in the same building. Disappointed with that!! Why did you split us up?
