  Spacious apartment in a good location, could do with new pillows and towels

  Liked: We had a fourth floor family apartment with beautiful direct views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything that’s needed and is very quiet (except for the temporary construction site next door). It’s in a great location to walk into the town centre and very close to good bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: The beds were very uncomfortable with flat pillows and no additional ones available. The towels in the bathrooms were very small and also seemed quite old. When we stayed there was a construction site next door which meant (loud) works starting at 8am every day.

  Absolutely wonderful

  Liked: Perfect location, beautiful view of the Matterhorn! Everything you needed to cook, even a dishwasher! The bedding and the bed was so comfortable. We loved staying there! The ladies were available if needed

  Disliked: Towels.. thin and few. But asked for more and easily recieved

  Liked: Location was great - view of the Matterhorn from the balcony & quick walk to bridge/downtown shops. We took many adventures throughout Zermatt, using this as a basecamp. It's easily walkable to restaurants/shops/lifts and a great value.

  Disliked: Neighbors smoking on their balcony. Not any fault of the host, but a reality of smaller/tighter buildings throughout Zermatt & much of Europe.
