  Perfect location to see the Matterhorn!

  Liked: Our room was excellent no. 406. The Matterhorn was right in front of us. When we woke up, we saw the Matterhorn from our bed! We took many good photos from our corridor. Staff were very attention and had good service mind.

  Disliked: Bath tup was high.

  My Favorite Hotel in Zermatt

  Liked: This is my favorite hotel in Zermatt! The spa is wonderful with a great view of the Matterhorn from the rooftop pool! The complimentary afternoon tea with cakes and snacks is so nice! The rooms are clean and cosy, and have great ventilation with fresh Zermatt air giving one the best night's rest. There's also an excellent gym, and a renovated restaurant, a viewing terrace (Matterhorn views), ski shop and chocolates at reception.

  Disliked: I cannot actually complain! I just want to say that getting out of the rooftop pool and walking to get your towel and robe is really cold and one must be careful not to slip on the tiled steps and tiles. Other than that, it's so good!

  Exceptional service

  Liked: The view from the hotel was exceptional, sauna, steam room, outdoor pool was all brilliant 👏 and last but not least was our greeting from been picked up at the train station. If I can remember correctly his name was Marco and an absolute gentleman, he gave us a quick scope of the area and was a great help. Brilliant stay and excellent staff from everyone involved at the hotel everyone made us feel welcome

  Disliked: I honestly can't say I didn't like anything and ill definitely be back to catch the snow
