Exceptional
Super comfortable and relaxing with 2x pools and SPA
Liked: -Proximity to the main Zermatt train station (4 min. walk). -Wonderfull staff, always helpful and accommodating. -Facilities, two pools (indoor and heated outdoor pool, saunas and jacuzzi, gym and SPA area). -Tasty food in the hotel’s restaurant. -Loved the duvet’s and pillows, felt like covered by the cloud:) -2 min. walk to the free bus that takes to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise or you can walk 1,5km and see beautiful center of Zermatt. -Supermarket Denner 1min. walk away. -Tasty and fresh breakfast, variety of hams,cheeses, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, hash browns, home made jam, honey, marmalade. Fresh crunchy real breads, fresh buttter, cottage cheese, spread cheese, fresh warm pastries, croissants, pain au chocolates, Nutella, jams etc. -in the room cushioned slippers(super comfy), robes, safe, shower gel, shampoo and body cream. Kettle and coffee machine with teas and coffee, I had a room with Matterhorn view(pictures attached). -I am grateful the hotel accommodated my request to be far from the noise. Room 205.
Disliked: -I would add extra signed in the tunnel area as I was lost to reach the outside pool after crossing the tunnel and then didn’t know which floor to choose. Also name of the pools says nothing to a new guest I was add to the signs “outdoor” and “indoor” pool words. The signs which pool is where are not clear. -On the day the indoor Sauna by the indoor pool wasn’t turned on (01.11.2026) there was no sign on the door. -I was missing one more thing in the room - the iron. Perhaps something to consider.

Liked: Everything was phenomenal. Staff were all lovely and helpful. Respect itself had amazing facilities. Breakfast was great. Good location!

Relaxing and welcoming visit
Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The property was relaxing, welcoming, and provided the perfect atmosphere for a little getaway. We especially enjoyed the lovely breakfast each morning and the time spent unwinding in the spa. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, a lovely experience and a place we would happily recommend and return to!
Disliked: If I had to say something, open the spa outside earlier.
Liked: Brilliant staff. Upgraded our room for free. Delightful start to our stay in Switzerland

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi.
Please inform the hotel of your estimated time of arrival. You will be picked up by the hotel's porter with an electric car at Zermatt Train Station.
Please note further that dinner for the half-board rate is served at the Veranda Restaurant. It is available until 20:30.
