  Liked: We would like to commend the female staff member who warmly welcomed and assisted us upon our arrival. She was very friendly, approachable, and made us feel comfortable asking questions about the hotel and how to get to different places. Her helpfulness made our arrival a pleasant experience. We would also like to recognize the rest of the staff, who were all very accommodating, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. Excellent hospitality and customer service! Room was little but very comfortable

  Well worth it!

  Liked: A charming little hotel in the heart of Zermatt! A lovely bar/breakfast room, and a rooftop terrace to sit with a view of the Matterhorn. A delightful stay!

  A great place to stay in Zermatt

  Liked: The staff, the location, the breakfast and the price. Only 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the glacier paradise lift. I did stay during the off season. Nov 2-5

  Loved the cosy vibe of the hotel, added to the magic of Zermatt

  Liked: Cute older cosy hotel, with a rooftop sitting area to soak in extra views of the Matterhorn.

  Disliked: It didn’t bother us (couple in early 30’s) but it is a bit of a walk from the train station and up a few hills. Something to consider if not so mobile.
