Exceptional
Cozy atmosphere
Liked: Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Central position, very good breakfast, big and immaculate room, nice spa.
Disliked: I personally dread this new architectural trend of making open bathrooms without separation from the room. Just add a door, clients will be happy!
Liked: Everything. Great staff, breakfast, location. Wasn't fully booked when we were there but is a small hotel so I imagine it never feels crowded. Comfy beds and nice balcony.

Liked: My favorite was the spa, it had so many different facilities, perfect for a rainy day or relaxing after hiking. The room was spacious and beautiful as were the hotel grounds. Great views and flowers on the balcony. The breakfast was amazing, fresh and varied. The staff was super nice and helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: They had an AI assistant that contact through WhatsApp. It was okay at basic information but failed to book our pickup from the train properly. Luckily the station had a direct line to contact hotels and the staff was quick to get us once we talked directly.
Wonderful stay, we will for sure return during summertime as well
