Exceptional
Underwhelming. Don’t recommend
Liked: Good location, self contained, spacious
Disliked: We rented a 3 bedroom apt. When staff noticed we weren’t ‘using’ the 3rd bedroom after our first night when delivery requested pillows to us, they locked off access to this bedroom which was effectively stealing from us as we had rented the full 3 bedroom space. We also didn’t appreciate the knock on the door an hour before check out reminding us that check out was in 59 minutes nor the repeated knocks on the door closer to check out. The wellness spa was not fully operational and temperatures had been turned down ‘due to mechanical’ issues

Liked: An absolutely exceptional stay in Zermatt! This apartment exceeded all our expectations and deserves a full 10-star rating. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn, which we could enjoy from the apartment every day. Waking up to such an incredible view was truly unforgettable. The apartment was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy a home-away-from-home experience. The spa facilities were a wonderful bonus and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the mountains. Everything was thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and a luxurious atmosphere. If you’re looking for a clean, well-equipped apartment with spectacular Matterhorn views and excellent spa facilities, this is the perfect place to stay in Zermatt. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Recommended if you have a large family or group and don’t mind walking a lot
Liked: Very large and modern. Clean. Great tv and sound system.
Disliked: Long walk from most restaurants and shopping. No hotel service or daily cleaning. No views, surrounded by other apartments and construction. The outdoor/terrace furniture was cheap, old, and broken.
Liked: The apartment offer free shuttle service to the station. We like the interior design a lot and you can see Matterhorn directly from the balcony.

Fabulous apartment and stay
Liked: The staff were fabulous and very responsive. It was well laid out and spacious enough for our family. It was equipped with everything we needed and was serviced once during our stay. We had a fabulous time.
Disliked: It was more of a walk from the lift/town than the map suggests as no steps directly down to the road. You have to walk away from the direction of Sunnegga before walking towards it. We were ok as all fit and well however if you have someone who isn’t as agile it could be challenging.
