Exceptional
Absolute highlight of our Swiss travels, amazing facilities first class meals and great staff, highly recommend to anyon
Liked: Beautiful, very modern and well equiped wellness facilities, staff very friendly, highly recommend this to any traveller to the Zermattvilliage
Disliked: Nothing the place is amazing
Liked: Nice rooms with balcony, location very close to station. Quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Staff a little rushed, no air conditioners and room was stuffy. Fan provided.
Liked: The room was so beautiful and modern. The whole garden area and the pool with the view of Matterhorn is amazing. The food was soooo tasty and the whole staff is extremely kind and polite. We loved staying here.
Liked: The room was excellent with a fireplace (gas) and a nice sofa. The brasserie was also lovely and the ladies that cleaned the room were very friendly. The hotel is not close to the ski lifts but doable (not ski in & out)
Exceptional wish we stayed longer
Liked: Location was fabulous so close so the train station and we had the family suite of two rooms which was spacious and perfect for a family of 5. Really good quality finish and very new and exceptionally clean.
Disliked: Minor but some milks for the tea/coffee would have been nice. Otherwise it was simply exceptional.
Excellent Hotel & Location
Liked: Large balcony & views. Good sized bedroom and well appointed. Large bathroom & shower with a US useful bidet. Good breakfast Mm X2
Disliked: A small table next to the couch would be useful for cups of coffee and other drinks. The threshold into the room has a small ledge that can cause you to trip.
