  Great stay. Our room was upgraded. Very well appointed room with a jacuzzi and two balconies

  Liked: Great view of Matterhorn from the balcony! Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great breakfast at the property. Also has another restaurant and bar. Convenient location.

  Liked: **A little gem — and, for us, the favourite hotel in Zermatt ❤️** We absolutely loved our stay at Monte Rosa. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtful, elegant and genuinely welcoming. Our room was huge, beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable — the kind of room you actually look forward to coming back to after a day in the mountains. Breakfast was superb, the service was exceptional, and the whole hotel has such a lovely atmosphere: elegant and refined, but warm and never overly formal. And here’s what really says it all: we also stayed at Monte Rosa’s sister hotel, the **5-star Mont Cervin Palace**. Both are wonderful, but if we had to choose, **we would pick Monte Rosa**. There was just something about its character, atmosphere and the way we were looked after that we preferred. I’m usually pretty good at finding something to complain about 😂 but honestly… **I can’t fault this hotel.** Everything was just right. **We’d happily come back to Monte Rosa anytime — and that, for us, is the best review of all. ❤️**
