Fabulous
Liked: Clean room, easy to self check in.
Disliked: Could have better facilities in the sense of could have really benefited from a mini fridge to store personal food like a lot of other hotels would provide. Quite a high price but that just seems to be the case with Zermatt in general so this was still the cheapest hotel in the town so still happy.
Liked: Very cozy and comfortable for 2 people. Great balcony!
Liked: Great, quality hotel. Small but cozy room. Nice balcony. Option to leave your luggage for free if you want to walk around the area more after the check-out.
Disliked: Can't recall anything in particular. Some clear instructions that there is a shared kitchen would be helpful.
Would go again only if not finding any other place to stay

Disliked: Location. Heliport, traffic and construction just infront. Very bad smell from the bathroom. Only one sitting chair in the room.

Liked: Great prices for Zermatt and it is fairly clean and modern. Check in was easy despite no people there to assist
Disliked: The window in our room had a massive gap and therefore all the outside noise would filter in. There was heavy trucks passing and being super loud from 5:30am. Simple fix to improve the sound isolation on the window. The shower is open and even though it has a curtain the floor was badly designed so when you showered it would get the whole Place wet. Easy fix as well. Just build a small wall to console the water in the shower corner.
