Liked: Great hotel in beautiful Zermatt. All around nice staff. Good breakfast options and loved the afternoon tea with snacks. Room was comfortable and clean. Although a bit noisy depending on who’s your neighbor, thin walls and we could hear the tv from the next room. Don’t get the square toilets. Hotel is only a few short minutes from the train station which is a bonus. Great pool and sauna. Would stay again.
