Exceptional
Liked: The hospitality was amazing. The facilities and room were very cosy and felt very luxurious.
Disliked: We were not informed about a transfer from the station to the hotel and our taxi from the hotel to the station never showed up.

Liked: Great location with best view to the Matterhorn, very nice breakfast and helpful staff. You can really enjoy a comfy and relaxing vacation here with their indoor an outdoor pools

Liked: Loved the breakfast, the view from the hot tub, the location, the style, the hospitality and so much more.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm for us.
Best view and spa in zermatt
Liked: Wowwww we went for our honey moon and loved it! they pick you up from train station so it's no problem that it is further away from main city. The view is incredible best view in town. The breakfast amazing served to your bedroom. The spa and massage was amazing and the hot tub and garden was super relaxing.
