  Liked: The location is perfect. And hotel provided transfer, it was really convenient. The spa is very pleasent and we have excellent Marterhorn view. I really love this hotel and would highly recommend it to my friends and anyone.

  Great location, great spa facilities, great staff service

  Liked: Really good location. Staff were friendly. Whatsapp communication was very helpful. Really good spa facilities, which were nice to use especially when the weather turned. The treatments we booked were lovely. Great view from the room (when the sun finally came out!)

  Disliked: We were not informed during check in that there were options to change our pillows should we wish to do so. We did request this from the team via WhatsApp but had already ensured one night of limited sleep due to being uncomfortable with the initial pillow.

  Very nice stay, relaxed and looked after

  Liked: Very nice room, great service. Very big swimming pool, love the jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast is great, high quality products, love the selection of cheese. The view in the morning from the restaurant is great.

Good to know

Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. Guests can park their car in Täsch (garage parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. On request, guests can be picked up at Zermatt's train station or taxi stand (between 8 am and 8 pm). Please call the hotel upon arrival in Zermatt. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation.

When booking a half board rate, guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately for the half board (in addition to the extra bed rate).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
