Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful resort
Liked: Friendly staff and fab view of the Matterhorn from our balcony
Disliked: No air con
Very enjoyable and relaxing stay after our WHR hike!
Liked: Our room was generously sized with good seating options including a comfy chair, a couch and a desk chair. We also had 2 terraces since we had a corner room, one with a view of the matterhorn, and one that we sat on if it was too sunny. The room and hotel were very clean and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff were very attentive. The hotel gives you free access to a very nice spa a few minutes walk which we used twice. Free shuttle to train with luggage was very convenient.

Liked: Spotlessly clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff, tasty breakfast with ample choices.
Disliked: I didn’t mind but the hotel spa facilities are located in a different hotel, this is worth noting on booking.
Really friendly and newly renovated wonderful hotel with very nice rooms and breakfast
Liked: It is newly renovated and the rooms are really nice, with a small balcony. The lounge area is really nice. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff at the breakfast and the reception very friendly and helpful. My partner was able to use the spa in the hotel next door as well as the gym. Zermatt is wonderful.
Disliked: Nothing to report. Everything is nice.
