  Outstanding hotel in great location

Liked: Outstanding hotel in a great location. Our room was large and spotlessly clean. Lots of little touches like fruit in the room etc. Breakfast was great. The spa was outstanding and all staff were incredibly helpful. 10/10 all round.

Disliked: Nothing - the whole experience was outstanding.

This was our second stay here, but do not think we’d stay again for the price

Liked: Loved location and available amenities

Disliked: Most of the staff were unwelcoming, impatient and lacked helpful attitudes. The staff that were helpful stood out. Front desk first impression of feeling welcome - utter failure.
