Exceptional
Exceptional location, stay and views. Zermatt, one of the best places on Earth
Liked: Zermatt in itself is amazing. There are EV busses to the stay location. Easy with a small change. You can also walk from the station to the location if you do not have a lot of baggage. The room was clean, all basics available for self cooking as well. It was a great stay and the host is amazing, she is extremely helpful and available over messages and calls whenever required. Short walk downwards and you'll find yourself with the views of the Matterhorn as well along with flowing waters.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at Zermatt Appartements—the place was nice and clean, and it had unparalleled views over Zermatt. The host Nadia was wonderfully helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay.
Liked: Location: Close to hiking trails and easy distance to supermarkets. Well stocked kitchen. Utensils and plates are squeaky clean! When we requested supply of fresh towels after first night, owner “managed” to get someone to leave one set in the laundry for pickup.
Disliked: Shower head looked dark with slimy buildups around the holes. Some hard scrubbing helped but could not remove them completely. Owner messaged to say nothing could be done at the point, which was quite surprising. She took every chance to highlight the difference between an apartment and a hotel room. Well, if this is the case, don’t ad it as a 4 star place.
