Liked: The location is really good and close to city centre and rail station

Disliked: The smell of cigarette was pungent and the kitchen full of grease even in the washing machine buttons. Had to buy toilet roll. Bed and sofa both have overdue springs. That said, it explains how the price was low for the location

  A terrible disappointing experience

Liked: It was comparatively clean throughout. Bathroom was clean.

Disliked: There was a bad smell from a dirty cooker. Unable to use it. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable with no duvet cover. The bed was uncomfortable. Had to open the bedroom window partly with a brick. Didn’t open fully so was a fire hazard. We had to leave one day early because of the smell.

  Do not book

Liked: Very disappointing experience. The property cancelled my booking after the scheduled check-in time. I had already made arrangements based on the confirmed booking, but the property did not respond to my messages or answer my calls when I tried to contact them. To make matters worse, I still have not received my refund. This was extremely stressful and inconvenient, especially being left without accommodation after the check-in time. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
