  Just a fair stay

Liked: Location, easy to reach city centre by public transport. Very helpful lady on reception.

Disliked: Old, carpet was dirty, wanted to use the Kettle but it wasn't cleaned in months so couldn't use it, bathroom extremely narrow and sink so small that I was spilling water all the time.

  Excellent place to stay

Liked: Everything. There were no issues at all from check in to check out. Very friendly and helpful (especially regarding buses into town). It was a great help having a microwave, cutlery and crockery available in the dining room 😀

Disliked: I was initially concerned having read some old reviews of the property, but these negative reviews were, if accurate, of a previous incarnation, not the current one!
