Pleasant staff but the nature of the set up needs to be clearer

Liked: The staff were helpful and the room was clean and quiet. However, the name suggested a hotel or B&B and so I was surprised to learn it was a room above a restaurant. Hence, there were no hotel appointments such as tea making facilities and a glass for a glass of water. It was more the gap between expectation and the reality that was unsettling.

Disliked: As above, facilities to make it more comfortable.

    Fairly priced

Liked: The room was well maintained, nice and toasty since I arrived soaked and shivering. The price was good for Cambridge as well.

Disliked: A bit of a challenge finding the entry and should be communicated more clearly.

Liked: Location was pretty good, lots of eateries around and a 20 min walk to the train station

Disliked: I didnt feel the room was as clean as it should of been, I am not convinced the sheets were fresh as they were creased, not smoothed out and there was a little bit of tissue still in the bed when I pulled the quilt back.
